Westview Financial Services operated as a B2C business focused on providing personal loans to secondary customers. I developed a multi-channel marketing strategy that included email campaigns targeting current and former customers, followed by printed letters and scripted phone calls conducted by Westview’s staff. The email campaigns achieved an impressive open rate of 50–60% on average.

For the email campaigns, I utilized A/B testing, list segmentation, and strategized the best times and days to send out emails. I also created engaging content and subject lines, evaluated sent email reports, and maintained unsubscribed lists to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
