
Tidewater Finance Company frequently organized hiring events, employing a multi-channel marketing strategy to attract candidates. I was responsible for quote procurement, content development, project management, budgeting, and report analysis throughout these initiatives.
We used LinkedIn to target harder-to-fill positions, tracking response rates through LinkedIn analytics and Google Analytics. This approach significantly increased website traffic and yielded more qualified applicants.
We also mailed postcards to homes within a 30-minute drive of the office, focusing on Spanish-speaking households to fill multiple bilingual positions. The postcards included a QR code to track interest and engagement.
The office’s location on a busy road with a major intersection provided an excellent opportunity for visibility. To capitalize on this, I designed large banner signs to inform passing drivers about job openings. Additionally, I coordinated a series of radio ads, which proved highly effective. Many applicants mentioned they learned about the opportunities from the banners or the radio ads.
